request for tagging toolbar

This is a cross-post with the Sourceforge Tracker feature request.
We have been talking about this and would really like to see a toolbar
that would allow for very easy tagging without having to open up the
whole Jumper 2.0 engine.
Something similar to the bitly toolbar would be perfect. It would be a
small browser window that could be opened over a pdf or document or
webpage and quickly tag the information and save it to Jumper.
A desktop icon that opened the webpage and connected users to their
local Jumper (something that would need to be configured).
What does the community think?
