Jumper and XAMPP 1.7.1

We have received numerous questions regarding the errors loading
Jumper with the current version of XAMPP.
Jumper is not compatible with PHP 5.3 that is now bundled into XAMPP
1.7.2
We are working to fix these errors.
In the meantime please use the previous version of XAMPP 1.7.1
You can still find it on Sourceforge at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/
Jumper will load perfectly with this version.
Please keep and eye on the developers group for the new fix to solve
this issue.
