This is a bugfix release to make the debug mode work properly in
sbt-jumi. Though this fix is completely inside Jumi and it's possible to
configure sbt-jumi to use a specific Jumi version, I thought it to be
user friendly to have sbt-jumi depend on a good Jumi version by default.

- Fixed JumiBootstrap.enableDebugMode() closing the launcher's
System.err after the daemon process exits
