Bootstrap

Hi,

I want to ask if it is possible to perform a bootstrap analysis directly on a phylogenetic network. Any idea? The network was constructed in Dendroscope based on microsatellite gene trees. I don't want to use MrBayes+Bucky because I don't know how exactly it works, and anyway, I want to use my Bruvo distance-based bioNJ gene trees.
