After going through a lot of posts

I’m still confused about the way of network interpretation.

According to the image that I attached, how can I explain the relationship?
Could anyone help me in understanding the tree in details please?

Hi Yiqing,

Your question is quite vague for others to provide specific help.

But generally, the black edges show the major tree, which underly a majority of the genome (as estimated). The light blue edge shows a reticulation event, which may be an event of gene flow between 2 existing lineages for example. The blue numbers show the estimated proportion of genes inherited from each parent population / species at this reticulation event.

You should make sure to root your network with an outgroup for correct interpretation --of both the major tree and reticulation event.
