How to find the best network? sequential or parallel runs?

Hi there.

Is there any difference in the chance to find the best network, when running snaq for 4 runs sequentially (the next run starts when the previous one finished), or running those runs in parallel (all runs start simultaneously)?

I'd like to know if snaq does or does not do some optimisation based on the results of previous runs when runs are running sequentially.
