Hi,
Has anyone implemented the viterbi algorithm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viterbi_algorithm ) in Julia? I'm currently using a Matlab/mex implementation, but I'm trying to move my processing pipeline away from Matlab entirely. I just thought I'd check if someone already has an implementation before embarking on one of my own. Thanks!

This is the only mention that I am aware of on the mailing list:

Thanks! I'll take a look at that.

The package there is not being actively maintained. I will resume the development when I get around to that point.

That said, the viterbi algorithm has been tested. I suggest simply copying & adapting that function to your codes (instead of directly depending on that package) at this point.

Maybe you will find useful my little implementation of HMM:

It works with any kind of output variables, there's an example of usage at the bottom with univariate normal dependencies.
