iJulia Notebook and JuliaBox

Hi,
I'm new to Julia. I figure I can launch my Julia programming
environment on a browser at JuliaBox.
I'm confused about what Julia Notebook is. Can someone
explain?

In short, it's an interactive research/presentation platform showing hybrid information (text, code, results) in a logical manner.
It is highly recommended.
