Document extraction and formatting

Is there a system for extracting the api documentation from Julia docstrings into a nice manual format (html/pdf). I.e. like the Sphinx autodoc feature? I really don't want to repeat all of my nice documentation for a longer format manual. I know this is somehow done now in 0.5 Base, but as far as I can tell it is not a general user feature (I'm happy to be corrected!).

Also, is there an easy way to include math typesetting in the docstrings so that they show up reasonably in the repl, and nicely in extracted documentation (like SciPy have managed)?
