Lora renamed to Klara

This is a quick notification to let Julia users know that the Lora package has been renamed to Klara, thus paying tribute to Klara von Neumann, one of the founders of Monte Carlo methodology. It is guaranteed that this is the last time the package is renamed, after having established a historical connection with Klara, i.e. perhaps one of the least acknowledged scientists that contributed to the early developments of Monte Carlo methods.

For newcomers (like me) it's quite confusing because there are three MCMC inference repositories right now (Lora, Klara and MCMC). A modified README in the deprecated repositories with a link to Klara would help a lot.
