Online Book: Julia Programming for Operations Research

Hi All,

I wrote a book. It is an online book at this moment. The title is “Julia Programming for Operations Research: A Primer on Computing”. This books is literally a primer, and basically a tutorial on the Julia Language, focusing on some common tasks in operations research. 

My main target readers are my own graduate students without good computer programming skills :) I just wanted to toss this book to them and forget about teaching them programming skills. Well, therefore I believe this book would also be useful to other people in similar situations: learning operations research with little or no previous computer programming experiences.

I have read part of this book. It is really helpful for the researchers.  The author has a background of transportation modeling. Besides optimization, this book also include graph theory. I am postdoc research staff in an university. This book save me a lot of time.
