Julia HTTP client w/Request and Response objects

Someone has already built a very nice, well-commented HTTP client with
request and response wrappers, and urlencoder. See:

Now this is something I can work with. I've not tried to run it yet,
but it's very well-commented and well-coded, so I think we can use it
if he's willing to release it under a permissive license. I've also
asked the author to join us.
