Hi all,

I wrote a simple Julia package to perform Wiener deconvolution, but I was suggested to include it in a more general package, Deconvolution,jl, which will collect other deconvolution methods.  The package is now ready at https://github.com/giordano/Deconvolution.jl.  The documentation of the package, with a couple of examples complemented with pictures, is available at https://deconvolutionjl.readthedocs.io/

However, I'm not very interested in further developing it (for example by adding other deconvolution methods) because this is not my field, thus, before registering and releasing the first version of the package, I'd like to ask you if you are interested in taking over the package as Julia DSP project.  I'm willing to transfer ownership of the repository.

Cheers,
Mosè

Thanks! This package looks well-written and well-documented, and seems like something that would be good to have in JuliaDSP. However, I would like to make sure that it has a maintainer. You don't need to expand the package, just be willing to keep it up to date with any future Julia syntax changes and take a look at any pull requests that people make. Is that something you (or others on this list) would be up for?

Hi Simon,

Thank you :-)

Yes, I can definitely do that!  If you add me to the JuliaDSP project I can transfer the ownership and then I'll roll the first release!

Bye,
Mosè
