Developping debugger Protocol for IPython/Jupyter and notebook.

Hi all 

There seem to be an effort from Microsoft to contribute a Debug Protocol to Jupyter:

If anyone from the Julia Community that have interest in Debugger would like to pitch in, 

or at least someone who know which member of your community might be interested, and

make them aware of this fact.

I think your input would be really valuable to create something that once more is language agnostic.
