Hello everyone,
So today I was trying to install the SPICE.jl on my computer I tried two versions of Julia version 1.0 and version 0.7.0 but i wasn't able to install in any of them can anyone please tell me which version supports the SPICE.jl the best and how to install SPICE.jl on it.

You should use Julia 1.0 but both versions should work in principle (0.7 and 1.0 are functionally equivalent with the exception that 0.7 has deprecation warnings which are useful for people who have written code for prior versions of Julia).
I would also suggest that you start a thread on the Julia Discourse board in the Astro/Space section because this is where most of the discussion happens nowadays: https://discourse.julialang.org/c/domain/astro
