SOFA wrapper?

Is anyone aware of a Julia wrapper for the [Standards of Fundamental Astronomy](http://www.iausofa.org/index.html)? I figured I would ask here before starting down that road myself. I see that there is at least one [python](https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pysofa/0.1.1) wrapper, maybe using that with PyCall would be easier than generating the C wrappers for Julia...

In case it's not clear, ERFA is a rebranded copy of SOFA. The rebranding is done for licensing reasons (with permission from SOFA), so that it can be used in the astropy.time package.
