Hi everyone,

This is the expanded ‘Semmes is Nemo’ table with the 100 different written passages on Semmes’ life from his memoirs matched up with the 100 equivalent written passages in Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas.

The Semmes / Nemo link is so strong (i.e. a one to one relationship right through the novel) that I hope we can agree that Semmes is the definite literary template for Nemo and not just some vague inspiration akin to Flourens.

I hope people can support my Semmes literary template  as there is much more to reveal  in the world of Jules Verne in the run up to 2028.

There are five more doors to open, and they will not open until more members on the forum accept the Alabama / Nautilus and Semmes / Nemo link. Even if you have not posted before ...or have changed your mind!

This has taken me seven years to prize the first door open with just a chink of light of recognition and convince people that all this is not ‘erroneous’. I do not want to spend seven years prizing open each door … I will be 97 by then!

The further doors to open are

 The Mysterious Island

 The Floating Island

Journey to the Centre of the Earth

Verne’s Influence on Robert Louis Stevenson

The possible involvement of the extended Roosevelt family (who built the CSS Alabama) and the possible geopolitical repercussions of that role in both the literature of Jules Verne and the wider historical context of the Roosevelt family.

As always please grill me on any aspect of this but to be honest I would hope the attachment answers all the questions (about 20,000 Leagues at least).

 My email is  cads...@gmail.com

 Best John

p.s. One point for the American members on this forum….this is your country’s history not mine...I would encourage you all to contribute.
