The only known written report of Krupp’s secret processes prior to 1888 was by French science journalist Francois Julien Turgan in 1866—any known relationship with Verne???

Turgan issued a pamphlet in 1866 for the government  and  Comité des travaux historiques et scientifiques (CTHS) (Committee for Historic and Scientific Work- Was Verne part of this committee or go to its meetings

 Comité des travaux historiques et scientifiques (CTHS) (Committee for Historic and Scientific Works)  and Jules Verne membership or connections?

Any source for me to look at Paul Verne’s navy career??
