is there an english (full) version - or do i have to get it in french and paid to have it translated at the University of Michigan??

If you are referencing the book compiled by Jean Michel Margot and Daniel Compère, you may know there are some of those interviews that were translated from English to French, so the originals are in English.

Regarding the French ones, you can translate them online with DeepL or even ChatGPT after scanning them or taking photos of the pages of the book.
