is 1890 Un Voyage a reculons - Caesar Cascabel?

I found an 1889 Hetzel ad for coming in 1890, and it says “Un Voyage a reculons” by Jules Verne.

 

It appears to be Caesar Cascabel….. Is that correct?

 

That seems VERY late to change an “in progress” book title!

In the correspondence of Verne and Hetzel, the novel is always called "Un Voyage à reculons", until the 16th of December, 1889, when Verne writes:

"J'ai adopté le titre de César Cascabel, et le nom de Cornélia pour Mme Cascabel."

That second statement surprised me even more than the first!
