- Previous experience on Production Support activities, users
servicing, etc
- Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle & associated tools
- General knowledge on Metrics (gathering, processing, analysis,
estimations and reporting)
- Knowledge and experience on a “By Process” way of working
(workflows, checklists, etc.)
- Proficiency on MS Office tools/ eMail and other desktop tools
- TEAMPLAYER (NOT a lone ranger)
- English: Intermediate
- Technical skills: J2EE, specifically: JBoss, Struts, Hibernate, JSF
and Spring

- CMMI Knowledge
