1. The paper can be from the undermentioned broad categories . However
,papers from other topics are also welcomed .
· Electrical : Power plant instrumentation , power
quality control, e-metering , SCADA/EMS syaytems and related topics.
· Electronics : VLSI , paceway communication , wi-
fi
technology , e-security , embedded technology , DNA computing and
other
realted topics. nanotechnology, fiber optics, Digital Signal
Processing,
Automation and control systems, Communication Systems and Techniques,
Microwave Devices and Circuits
· Computers: Artificial Intelligence , Fuzzy
logic ,
neural networks ,smart sensor , Algorithms, Tools and Applications,
Computer
networks and Security, Databases and Data Warehousing, Web Services,
Information Security Technologies, IT Services Technologies, Gaming
and
Multimedia Systems, Human Computer Interaction
2. Each team can comprise of 2 - 4 members with any number of teams
from a
single college. One team can comprise of students from different
colleges.
3.Two hard copies of the complete paper and a Certificate of
Authenticity
signed by Principal/HOD of the respective college should reach us
latest by
10th August ' 08 at the address given below.
The format of the paper must be the standard IEEE format and should be
submitted in PDF *(Portable Document Format)*or DOC *(Microsoft Word)
*file.
4. The presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.
5. Interjection time would be limited to 2 -3 minutes
6. A soft copy of the presentation should be e-mailed to us on the
address
given below.
7. The presentation would be adjudged by a distinguished jury on the
basis
of the relevance of topic , innovation of idea , content and
confidence and
fluency of the presenter. It would be followed by an interrogatory
session
by the judges.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Suitable accommodation would be provided to the participants coming
from out
of Delhi.
