Enable moderation, please

Can someone in charge of this list enable moderation for new users in Google Groups? I'm tired of getting these spam messages.

Sorry about that. Moderation is enabled now. Google Groups fails completely at fighting spam, and unfortunately I don't see it as Gmail does handle spam...

I read the groups using an RSS reader, so I am very thankful for
moderation (am even moderating a different group, so less people will
see spam).

Feel free to add me as moderator for this group as well, to lessen the
workload.
