problems with build from source with maven

Hi, I have some problems to build the juicekit from the source.
My environment is maven 2.1.0 on Windows XP Prof. SP3.
Its the first time that I use maven and git, so sorry for the maybe
stupid questions.
I'm followed the introductions on http://www.juicekit.org/start.html
but maven gives me the following error message:

I know that there is a swc snapshot and it works fine, but I need my
own version, becuase I want to do some changes on the code.
The reason is, that the TreeMap hasn't the behaviour I need if the
values behind the square size are changing.

I would be happy if anyone has some ideas.
