(Request) Apn widget mod.

When I have apn off when the screen is on, the apn widget will say:
apn disabled, juice defender. If I click it it will just go to: apn
disabled, user. I'd like to have it so when my screen turns on the apn
doesn't always have to turn on say when I'm just sending a quick text.

I'd love to have another option on the widget so when I click it it
won't say disabled, user but instead, enabled user. This will be
useful for when I want to browse and whatnot or when I want to keep
the apn disabled still when I just want to send a text and then turn
the phone back to sleep mode.

We now have the tri-state "toggle mobile data" widget (force-enable,
force-disable, let JD handle it) that you (and somebody else ;) )
requested... But that's not all! There's a big surpise in the latest
1.8.2 build - I won't spoil it for you :)
