Hi!

I was pointed to juice a few days a go a noticed the parallels to
SeeAlso [1] which I created to insert additional links to our
catalogs. I only changed some layout and links at the wiki pages and
added the insertType 'replace' that I was missing in JuiceInsert
(r247). Is this (/trunk/juice.js) the current juice core file to work
with? What about using JsDoc [2] for source code documentation? When I
have time after the German conference next week, I'll try to write an
Extension for SeeAlso, to merge my SeeAlso JavaScript library [3] into
Juice. As far as I understand JuicePanel classes are similar to
SeeAlsoView classes and the concept of "tags" in SeeAlso is similar to
MetaDefs in juice.

Greetings,
Jakob

Hi Jakob,

I see you are still editing in the trunk, so I will hold off doing anything for a while.

We need to set you up with a branch to work in and probably start using issue tracker to keep a handle on what we are doing.

Using something like JsDoc is on my list of things to do - I wish I'd put comments in the correct format from the start.

We should have a conversation - do you have IM and/or Skype IDs I can use?

I read your Ariadne article last night - interesting project - I can see where the synergy with Juice is.

~Richard.
