Hi folks,
I just merged down to trunk the work on moving juice to be more
aligned with jQuery. This is primarily work aimed at easing and
speeding deployment, and includes previous suggestions like an easier
method of loading multiple extensions.

This is beta due to the fairly major changes, and the need to test in
the wild with esoteric extension and browser setups.
