JUice and COinS

Just wondering if anyone has already done work to enable Juice to use
metadata stored in COinS as the basis of interface enhancement? (or
anything similar)

Hi Owen,

Yes.

An example Vufind metadef file can be found in the source.  This identifies isbn, title, and author values encoded in a Z39.88 COinS tag embedded in a vufind.org/demo  page.

These values can then be utilised by any  extensions that need those values.

I used this in some of the early demos of Juice.
