Dear all,
Further to the deliberations held yesterday ,some members felt that the presence of our workers at the farm appear to suggest that the land is not being sold.
We categorically reiterate our desire to have buyers freely view and buy the land ASAP , We already informed our manager at the farm and he has been understanding and supportive all the way .
As this happens we shall embark on the winding up process of activities already happening to allow for our transition. The valuation process should also proceed concurrently .
Bearing in mind that this is their source of livelihood and they are actually taking care of all assets at the farm and the land itself the workers needed to be informed accordingly that we shall be transiting into something else.
We feel that 9 months (up to December 30th 2019) would be a reasonable grace period for the transition to happen.
We also suggest that Eastlands gives the potential buyers Benjamin's Tel number so that he can answer any questions that may arise and close the sale .
It's our desire to see this process get the right spirit and support from all members .
Best Regards,
Isaac & Mercy
