Chama Land

Hello Members,

Hope you are all keeping well since we last met.
Isaac and I wish to express our interest in acquiring the Chama piece (5acres) as demarcated at the agreed price of Ugshs 14 Million,arrived at during deliberations at the last AGM.
As such, we would like members to give a go ahead. In the interim we would like to clear part of the land instead of it lying idle.
Please give your views in support of the move or otherwise.

I too support the sale to Mercy and Isaac and considering that there's no Chama activity going on or planned in the near future, clearing as well as utilizing it by the prospective buyers is encouraged.

I totally support the move.
Since we sold the goats and now the land is up for sale I propose we split cash once we get the proceeds from sale of the land as we wait to liquidate the other assets. All in favour say I.
