Dear all,

please see attached the summary financials that had been done for 2012. This is the document we went through in February this year. 

The second document was the computations for the fines that were still owed as of Jan 2012 for those who were still owing for Late payment fines and Attendance Fines.

Nyokabi, Beryl, hope this will help with the financials you are doing. Its easy to continue with this from Feb 2013 going forward. I don't think you don't need to start from scratch as Beryl and I had worked on this together.

Queries on the attached information is welcome from members.

Hi Cathy,

I always pay my non-attendance fees alongside the chama payment (hence the consistent 170K as opposed to 150K), as all the deposit slips will show. Beryl was quite upset when I put this very strongly on email and forwarded all my slips when I first saw the computations, and I am disappointed this has not been updated.  Beryl explained that she was new and sent the info just as she had received it. The only fines I owe are 35K (15K July late payment and 20K August non-attendance) and these will be paid this week. Please whoever is responsible for bank statements/financial records clear that up ASAP.
