Autorickshaw from MIDC to Juhu - rigged meters

today (Oct 9th) i took an auto rickshaw from MIDC - Tunga Paradise to
Juhu - Jamnabai Narsee

i suspect the meter was rigged since the meter reading was 5:00 which
is Rs 49. the traffic was mild and i reached in just 15 mins. this
distance usually takes Rs 34 to 40.

unfortunately i could not drag the autodriver to the cops due to some emergency.

in the evening bhiku & me took a rik from irla to sahakari bhandar and
it again looked
like a rigged meter. our mr know all vishant avinash aka bhiku
mentioned that most of
the riks with registration MH-03 (mulund registered) have tampered meters.

so might make sense to avoid all autos with MH-03 registration and
stick to MH-02
ones.
