Subject: Juhu / JVPD Ward 63 Voters - Review Your Corporator's
Performance - Online Poll organized by Mumbai JVPD North West ALM -
Vote Today !
To: Mumbai JVPD North West ALM <jvpd...@gmail.com>

JVPDNW-ALM/7L31.EM1 dated 31st December 2007.

Dear ALM & Mumbai Resident and Valued Well Wisher,

This mail is being sent from my personal & organizational email
address due to Gmail technical reasons.

Kindly do NOT reply to the same. Kindly send all emails to
jvpd...@gmail.com for ALM related matters.

As mentioned in my previous email sent today morning, Ms. Nirali Dixit
of the Times of India - West Side Plus has emailed the following
details about their Review of the earlier 'Meet Your Corporator'
programme. They have extended an invitation for the same.

RTI activist Mr. Shailesh Gandhi at will moderate the review meet at

Venue: Khar Library, CD Marg, Off S.V.Road, Khar (West).
Date: January 4, Friday.
Time: 5 pm onwards

Also, they had emailed a WORD Document questionnaire prepared
considering the promises made at the 'Meet Your Corporator' event held
in March 2007.

The same has been converted to an online poll in which Ward 63
residents ONLY are requested to rate each point on the scale of 1 to
5. - which I have interpreted as follows :

5 - Excellent

4 - Very Good

3 - Good

2 - Satisfactory

1 - Unsatisfactory

Kindly do not poll multiple times or give wrong cheat ratings in the
common interests of all residents.

Kindly forward this mail to all Ward 63 Residents that you know in our
JVPD so that they can also vote giving a strong statistical sample
that reflects the correct reality.

Since Our Corporator Adolf D'Souza completes 12 months of election (in
February 2007) in 32 days, it's timing is important for an annual
review. (Kindly note that neither me nor my organization - Kaytek nor
our ALM is associated with either Times of India or with PollCode
which is an independent US based Internet Polling Service).

to Ms. Dixit at niral...@gmail.com or at the contact numbers given
below or you can also vote online by clicking on the online links
mentioned against each question.
