Dear Rita Ghose:

Hello, I'm following up on the email i sent you yesterday regarding
the open electrical junction box of Reliance Energy outside my house.
The complaint we filed worked as a temporary solution and the
technical team from Reliance Energy stuck the doors of the
junction box with PVC tapes.

This is not a permanent solution and the PVC tapes can very easily be removed
and can snap with very less effort. I'm sending you pictures herewith
of the badly fixed junction box. Please note the doors are broken and stuck with
PVC tapes. The hinges are completely broken which indicates the door will
again fall down the moment tape snaps.

Can you please print this article in DNA Mumbai Westcoast as to how a
complaint is handled by Reliance Energy. This is thoroughly unprofessional
work on their part.

Thanking You.
