• Involved in end-to-end recruitment cycle right from screening of the CVs up to the final placement of the candidates.
• Handling IT recruitments for all levels and categories from Executives to Managerial levels.
• Handling  Job-Portals like Naukri.
• Sourcing resumes as per the job description using various mediums like job portals, consultants, training/educational institutes and internal database.
• Sharing resumes with technical panel members for reviewing. 
• Conducting HR prescreen interview.
• Obtaining list of shortlisted candidates. 
• Coordinating with candidates, technical panel members and HR manager for technical interviews.
• Maintaining records of shortlisted, on-hold and rejected candidates.
