Richard Kazimoto, Enahoro Ofagbe (African Portal for Information Technology  http://www.apfit.org ) and myself decided to start Joomla! Users Group Tanzania as  we could not find an existing Joomla! users group.

We will soon set up a website,  probably something like  www.jugtz.org, create an organizational structure and do what we can to foster youth development, ICT4D, sharing and growing communication skills on Joomla and for Tanzania.
