Joomla header file(flash file) -not working

I'm a newbie to Joomla.
I have developed a front page in dreamweaver.It has a header flash
file.
The site is actually developed in ubuntu with lampp.
What i have done is i have designed all the css and one html file.the
html file(designed under dreamviewer) is called by my templates
index.php file through iframe tag.
I'm able to view my site.but it is not showing the header flash
file.
I think the problem is with path of the flash file.I have stored the
flash file under site's images folder.
Right now I'm working under localhost but soon I've to upload the
site.Please help me.
