we're very happy to announce that on March 27th Edson Yanaga (Java Champion and director of Developer Experience at Red Hat) will do live coding at JugLugano! Save the date!

Live Reactive Coding with Vert.x

Abstract:

Forget the theory, ignore the academics, in the end all that matters for us is CODE! Come to this session and we won’t disappoint you! We are simply going to build awesome, next generation apps, with a reactive and asynchronous programming model on Vert.x.

Description:

Live coding session with demos of the reactive programming model and the vert.x platform. We’ll code and demo how vert.x can handle much more simultaneous connections than a traditional threading pool model, and we’ll also show how reactive programming can be easy - and has nothing to do with callback hell.

Location is still TBD, we'll announce it during next week
