I hope you'll be happy to hear that we've just founded the "Ticino Software Craftsmanship" meetup and that we are going to have Sandro Mancuso for our inaugural meeting.

Although Agile Manifesto clearly states 'individuals and interactions over process and tools', Agile transformations end up being all about process and tools. Simply adopting Scrum, having daily stand-up meetings, and having tools to manage backlogs and work in progress won’t magically improve the quality of the software or make developers better. Improving the process without improving technical excellence is pointless.
