goooodmorning juglugano,

hope you all had a great Easter break. time to be back to work, and to
the next jug meeting! we have organized a truly juicy evening on
Wednesday 18/5, you can find the agenda online here
http://www.juglugano.ch/events/meeting_18.html

Wondering what is the buzz behind NoSQL? Well, we have already hosted
a presentation by Luca Garulli on OrientDB few months ago, and we want
to know more!! Therefore, Roberto Bentivoglio will take us to the
realm of NoSQL databases, and then focus on his recent work using the
Apache Cassandra db.

Is MVC open for discussion? Yes? No? What? Come listen to Fabrizio
Giudici who will introduce us to DCI principles and impacts on code
design.

Come to this last meeting before the summer break. Tell your
colleagues to join in at juglugano.ch and attend our meetings, it is
free and well worth it!

see you all on 18/5 at the meeting!

ciao

Ciao a tutti,

I wonder if the group would be interested in hosting Groovy/Grails/Griffon/Gradle talks in the future, after all here in Basel there are 3 members of the Groovy dev team (Dierk König, Hamlet D'Arcy and myself) that would gladly make the trip to Lugano :-)

Ciao.
