Urgent: Juggernaut Chat Developer

I have implemented Juggernaut on my site, but I need someone that
could make a nicer chat window for the channel chat (including
emoticons, etc). In addition, I want a one-on-one private chat and a
way to speed up Juggernaut. If you think you can do this and you are
