Disconnect url

Hi all,

I am having a problem with the juggernaut logout url. Basically, if a user closes the browser or goes to another page, the logout url is being called. However, if the user disconnects from the internet (eg by pulling his network cable out) juggernaut won't call the logout url. I can also see in the rails logs that that url is not being called on disconnect, but it does get called when the user closes the browser or leaves the page as I said.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem? All help will be appreciated. I really don't know what to look for now. 

Also, where can I find the juggernaut log files if it is started in production mode as a daemon? The path set in the config file is not taking effect.
