A colleague is looking for a Cambodian national consultant for an upcoming World Bank project bid, please do respond back to me (directly not to the group email as I do not check this group after the selfish invasion) if you meet the following description and are interested in the post.

Communication Specialist (Cambodia National)

The Communication Specialist will be extensively involved in the outreach element of the Phase 1 activities. This will entail the following tasks: 

Develop a web‐based information hub for improved access to climate and relevant sector data and analysis to be managed by NCCC (National Climate Change Committee) that is linked to Google Adaptation Layer, WeAdapt, UNDP Adaptation Learning Portal and others that may be relevant; Produce a quarterly policy briefs on selected themes and provincial and national learning events which are linked to activities undertaken under Component 1‐4 of the PPCR Phase 1 in English and Khmer languages; The Specialist should hold at least Masters degree in information technology or related field with a minimum of 3 years work experience for private, government or development partner’s projects.In addition, he/she should have a good English command. Translate relevant documents and outputs from Khmer into English and English into Khmer to submit CCD of MoE for review and comments.
