jaxb and the "Unique Particle Attribution"

Ciao a tutti, sto giocando un po' con jaxb per fare il binding di
schemi dell' open geospatial consortium, ma mi blocco ancora prima di
cominciare:

Eseguendo:
xjc -p my.package http://www.ogcnetwork.net/schemas/owc/0.3.0/owsContext.xsd

Ottengo questo bell'errore:

Non essendo molto esperto, capisco in parte il problema, ma non riesco
a capire come risolverlo.
Magari qualche occhio esperto in lista ha qualche idea?
