ANN: Jug 2.2.3

Hi list,

I just released version 2.2.2 of Jug on all the usual channels (pypi, conda, github).

It works around a bug in newer versions of IPython. If jug is working for you, it's fine to keep using it as it adds no other functionality, but upgrading should be very safe (and break nothing).
