Near future plans

Hi,

I had some problems with Skype on Wednesday and our common Skype
meeting had no taken place like it was planned. I'm sorry for that.

Anyway we had talk with Dmitry about the upcoming JUG meeting by phone.
We decided to move the meeting time for one week further. Soon
we'll prepare a description and update our JUG web page with more
details about the meeting.
Dmitry will negotiate the exact meeting time with the RTU administration
and we'll publish it as well.
