Hi all,

I've just completed a major overhaul of the Wiki. Hopefully it's now clearer on what steps you need to take to join Adopt a JSR and run successful events.  If there is anything that is missing or unclear, please let me know or edit the wiki directly yourself!

It's vital that we track how we're going in order to maintain the great momentum of 2013.  So can I ask that ALL of you do the following:

Update the Participation Matrix:

This is really, really important - there are at least 10-15 JUGs that aren't being represented!

Talks, Resources and Presentations:

Success Stories:

A number of spec leads have expressed that they're either not getting the feedback on a JSR or that they're not aware that the feedback is coming from this programme.

Please do always give the Spec Leads and the EGs feedback and do mention that it comes from Adopt a JSR!
