Release Announcement: jubatus 1.0.7

Hi, Jubatus guys.

We are glad to announce that Jubatus 1.0.7 is now available.

This release contains the following feature improvements.

* Anomaly: Add add_bulk API which add multiple data points in bulk. In learning large number of data points, you can save waiting time to calculate anomaly scores. If you want to use this API, please update jubatus itself and jubatus client.
* Jubakit: Add clustering service. scikit-learn like interfeace is also provided.
* Unlearner: support save / load API.
