Release Announcement: Jubatus 1.0.4

We are proud to announce that Jubatus 1.0.4 is now available.

This release contains the following feature improvements and bug fixes.

* Bandit: Add a seed option and we can now reproduce experiment results.

* Anomaly: Improve get_status API to return additional metrics.

* Image Feature Plugin: Fix output of ORB Image feature extractor.

* jubatus_core: Fix build issues on some platforms.

* jubatus_core: Fix --disable-eigen build option is not working.
