Release Announcement: Jubakit 0.6.1

Hi, Jubatus guys.

We are happy to announce that Jubakit 0.6.1 is now released.
This release contains the following feature improvements and bug fixes.

* Jubakit officially supports the PostgreSQL data loader. This module is implemented by @komainu8, thanks !
* Jubakit and embedded jubatus support the recommender APIs,  i.e. similar_row_from_*_and_{rate, score}.
* Fix Jubakit example to work with the latest and older versions of scikit-learn.
